Subject: Procurement of Home Healthcare Bags

The Project Management Unit hereby notifies the public and all interested parties that the procurement process for Home Healthcare Bags, initiated via the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) published on November 20, 2025, has been annulled.
Reason for Annulment:
In accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations regarding the change of project requirements, the procurement is cancelled following the receipt of a direct in-kind donation of the equipment from the FAMI Project as part of its support for the Strengthening Nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina Project. As the project’s needs have been fully satisfied through this donation, the planned purchase is no longer necessary.
Status of Submissions:
All bids received in response to this notice remained unopened and unevaluated. All participating bidders have been notified directly.
