PUBLIC NOTICE: ANNULMENT OF PROCUREMENT

Project Title: Health Systems Improvement Project (HSIP)

Subject: Procurement of Ambulance vehicles

Notice Date: May 20, 2026

The Project Implementation Team hereby notifies the public and all interested parties that the procurement process for Procurement of Ambulance vehicles, initiated via the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) published on July 18, 2025, has been annulled.

Reason for Annulment:

In accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations regarding the change of project requirements, the procurement is cancelled following the change in requirements for the goods. 

Status of Submissions:

All financial part of the bids received will be returned unopened. All participating bidders have been notified directly.
