Request for Expression of Interest
Bosnia and Herzegovina has applied for a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) toward the cost of the “Reducing Health Risk Factors Project” (“the Project”) and its intent is to use certain grant proceeds to make payments under the following activities: “Advocacy”, “Community Mobilization”, “Education and Intervention” and “Monitoring and Evaluation”.
This Expression of Interest refers to “Advocacy” activity.
The consulting services (“the Services”) includes strengthening capacities of key stakeholders at local level to ensure improved coordination of development and implementation of advocacy and communications strategies aimed at creating awareness of the risk factor issues that needs to be changed. The Federal Ministry of Health, Sector for Project Implementation is now inviting eligible consultants to express their interest in providing the above Services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the requested services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loan and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011, Revised July 2014.
Interested consultants may obtain further information at the addresses below from 09:00 to 14:00 (CET), starting from August 31, 2017.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the addresses below by September 14, 2017.
